We got home and Chuck unloaded the 3 huge boxes all by himself. They were very heavy, I think the lightest one was 130 lbs and the heaviest was close to 200 lbs! What made it more difficult was how BIG the boxes were. They were so awkwardly shaped it was hard to get a grip. My wonderful husband however managed to bring them in all by himself with no damage done to him or the boxes..he is amazing.
Chuck wanted to set up the crib first because he figured that would take the most time. He began and in the meantime my parents came over to visit. We had some extra helpers! The crib took Chuck I would say about an hour total to assemble but looks BEAUTIFUL!!! It is so study and well manufactured. I would recommend Baby Italia furniture to anyone who is in the market!

It was then onto the 5 drawer chest which THANKFULLY came assembled; all Chuck had to do was screw the feet on! Yippie! The same thing went for the changing table/dresser. Only the feet needed to be attached. This furniture thing isn't so bad!!!

The room looks absolutely GORGEOUS!!! It is just as I had imagined in my head.

When we were all done, Chuck wanted to use the boxes and make a house/fort for Frankie (our dog). Frank is IN LOVE with his new house. He especially loves entering and exiting through the little swing door! We probably spent an hour to an hour and a half playing with Frank and his new house. I am wondering if we should paint it white and make it a permanent fixture in the baby room...

Yesterday was a fun day! Thanks for your help mom and dad! By the way... we ordered the baby shower invites yesterday as well! It is all coming so fast..
